Members who cannot attend the annual meeting may utilize the proxy ballots for TIOA Board elections included with the Fall 2007 TIOA newsletter.

Annual Meeting Announcements

Every person who is a recorded member can vote by proxy or in person at the annual meeting. The secretary, on the 10th day preceding the annual meeting, shall prepare a list of all persons having a right to cast a vote at such a meeting. In 2007 THREE Board of Director's positions are up for election, two for full three-year terms and one running to 2008 to fill a vacated position on the Board of Directors.
Those voting by proxy votes must complete the enclosed ballot and mail it postmarked by October 13, 2007 to: TIOA - Proxy Vote, PO Box 609, Cable, WI 54821 to be included in the annual meeting election on October 20, 2007.
