Cross Country Ski Conditions: Excellent.

Kilometers Open: 51.

Kilometers New Set Track: 25.

New Snow: 0 inch.

Base: 12 inches.

Track set Previously: 19 k.
Birkie Loops, John Bauer, and World Cup 10k had tracks set Jan 30 and 31st.

Pass Prices: Prices will be $12 for the day.

Trail Hours: Open* 9:00 am to 4:00 pm daily, subject to weather conditions.

XC ski lessons: every Friday and Saturday from 9:30am to 3:30pm.

The Hytte: OPEN 9am EVERYDAY for rentals and passes.

Tubing/Snowboarding Hill:

Thursdays and Fridays from 3-8pm;
Saturdays and Sundays from 9am-8pm
Closed Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

* Hours of operation subject to weather conditions.
* Children must be 48in or 6 yrs old to be on the hill.

Ice Skating Rink: Open.

The Cable Area snowmobile trails are in excellent condition. Temperatures finally cooperated with the groomers allowing them to get back on the trails. The entire trail system has been groomed once and they will continue to groom round the clock keeping the trails in the best condition possible. Temperatures are forecasted to be in the single digits this weekend making prime conditions for the sleds. Things are looking like it will be another great weekend of riding in the Cable Area! Book your rooms now!

Don't forget to pick up your 2010 Cable Area snowmobile maps before you hit the trails, as a few routes have changed. Maps are available at area businesses, or email for your new set before you head to the Cable Area.
