Since the Spring of 1999, the Telemark Interval Owners Association (TIOA) have been the proud owners of the Telemark Resort. In May 2010 with the closing of the Lodge we transitioned to a Condominiums only operation.

	The Lodge has been sold. TIOA owners have access to Lodge amenities (pool, whirlpool etc. ) free of charge. TIOA owners can also rent Lodge rooms for $49.00 a night.
